(Note - the video Cut it too short) - I meant to say that advanced runners shouldn’t do more than 30 seconds TOTAL for the interval/effort. Not the rest. Sorry it’s confusing.

But doing a hill at 100% effort for longer than 30 seconds is using the wrong energy system and we don’t want that in this workout.
