What Is Up! I’m Daren (DLake) Lake. I create stuff (audio, video, written, courses, etc.) about endurance sports to help committed athletes perform better as they age.
I’m also A 10-Hour Ironman finishing Triathlete, 2-Hour 59-Min Marathon Running, Cyclist, and Fitness/Health Advisor to Strava and other individual people.
Through my discovery process of research and self-experiments, I document how I crack the code to getting healthy, staying fit, and using data to create habits that last a lifetime.
As a former NYC-raised now Sydney Australia based jack of all trades/master of some you can find me sitting comfortably in the intersecting culture of health, fitness, audio production, music, and podcasting.
